An open letter to sponsors.

The Mid-Alabama Corvette Club's 26th Annual Car Show, The MACC Attack 2008, is a one-day car show to be held Saturday, March 8, 2008, at the beautiful Barbers Motorsports Park in Birmingham, Alabama. As in years past, proceeds from this years show will benefit Magic Moments, a non-profit group dedicated to fulfilling the wishes of terminally ill children throughout Alabama and The Children's Hospital of Alabama. Last years show provided the funds to grant one child a special wish. We are hoping that this year we can provide for wishes to be granted to at least three terminally ill children and make a sizable donation to The Children's Hospital of Alabama.

In order to make that happen we need your help. Your financial support will help provide advertising, prizes, trophies, and other requirements to attract car show participants. In acknowledgement of your support, your company name and/or logo will be placed on t-shirts and print ads. We will place a link to your business website on the MACC car show website, which is linked via thousands of car enthusiasts throughout the Southeast. We have secured support from the Barbers Vintage Museum through the use of their facility and marketing group Zoom Motorsports. Zoom will coordinate advertising and media coverage that will reach an estimated five thousand individuals. We expected to have over 300 cars and several thousand spectators.

Thanks to the generous support of Barbers Vintage Museum, we are scheduled over the next several years to hold this event at the park. Your early support will not be forgotten as this event is sure to grow to one of the largest in the South. We hope you are encouraged to be a part of this event from the very beginning.

This years sponsorship levels are:

Gold Level - Includes Promotion via Print Ads, Internet, E-mail blasts, T-shirts, Trophy representing your company, and PA Announcements throughout the show. You will be provided full access to the show where you are welcome to further present your business to the general public. $ 1,000.00

Silver Level - Includes promotion via Print Ad, Internet, T-shirts, and PA Announcements throughout the show. $ 500.00

Bronze Level - Includes Print Ads, PA Announcements throughout the show. $ 250.00

Patron -PA Announcement during the show. This level is for any financial or material goods donated to this event.
